Visual Home Inspection

Our Visual  Home Inspection covers all systems and components as per InterNACHI's Standards of Practices that covers: 

General site conditions, exterior components, structural systems, roofing systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, heating systems, permanent air conditioning systems, insulation, ventilation and much mire. We strongly encourage you to read InterNACHI's Standards of Practices that you clearly understand what things are generally included in the home inspection and report

Thermal Image

Thermal scan takes the home visual inspection to a higher level, where we can see what the normal eye can not see 

Following are some of many applications that thermal camera could do

- Visualise energy losses
- Detect missing or defective insulation
- Source air leaks
Detect badly insulated areas
- Locate thermal bridges
- Locate water infiltration in flat roofs
- Detect breaches in hot-water pipes
- Monitor the drying of buildings
- Find faults in supply lines and district heating
